I am based in Palm Desert but service the entire Coachella Valley and outlying areas. From Banning to Mecca to Twentynine Palms, we can be there for you. We can travel to your home, your business, banks, senior centers, retirement homes, nursing homes, hospitals and airports. If it is on the map, we can go there!
Our normal hours of operation for mobile notary services are 8 am to 8 pm, Monday thru Saturday. Service is also available Sundays and after hours.
Signature Fees: The State of California regulates the fees that a Notary can charge for each signature. I adhere to those regulations.
* Acknowledgments - $10.00
* Jurats - $ 10.00
* Oaths and Affirmations - $ 10.00
* Powers of Attorney - $ 10.00
Traveling Fees: Traveling fees are not regulated by the state. They are in addition to the signature fee.
Zone 1 - $ 50.00
(Palm Springs, Desert Hot Springs, Cathedral City, Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert, Indian Wells, Bermuda Dunes, Thousand Palms, Indio, Coachella, Thermal,)
Zone 2 - $ 75.00
(Mecca, Whitewater, Morongo Valley)
Zone 3 - $ 100.00
(Cabazon, Yucca Valley, Joshua Tree)
Zone 4 - $ 150.00
(Twentynine Palms, Landers, Beaumont, Banning, Salton Sea Area)
Beyond Zone 4 - I can go there but you can probable find a Notary in your area that would be less expensive due to the extensive travel time for me to get there.
After hours/special services fees:
8 pm to 8 am - add $ 50.00
Rush Fee (drop everything and come over immediately) - add $ 35.00
Service at an airport - regular fee for time period plus parking fees.
Waiting fee - $ 12.50 per 15 minutes after 15 minute grace period. It is in your best interest to have all required signers there on time.
Cancelation fee - (If I arrive on time but no signing takes place) - regular fee for time period scheduled
Indio Jail service - $75 for first hour then $ 50.00 per hour (billed in 15 minute increments). Time starts when I arrive at the jail.
IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
ALL FORMS OF IDENTIFICATION MUST HAVE THE SAME NAME (OR A LONGER VERSION) AS ON THE DOCUMENTS TO BE NOTARIZED.
ALL FORMS OF IDENTIFICATION MUST BE ORIGINAL AND CURRENT OR HAVE BEEN ISSUED WITHIN THE LAST 5 YEARS.
ALL FORMS IF IDENTIFICATIONS MUST CONTAIN A PHOTOGRAPH, A DESCRIPTION OF THE PERSON, THE PERSON’S SIGNATURE AND A SERIAL NUMBER.
Acceptable forms of identification:
* An identification card or driver’s license issued by a U. S. state.
* A passport issued by the Department of State of the United States.
* A driver’s license issued by a Canadian or Mexican public agency authorized to issue driver’s licenses.
* A U. S. Military I.D. with a photograph, description, signature and serial number.
* An employee identification card issued by the State of California or by an agency or office of a city or county in the State of California.
* If the signer is in custody, an inmate identification card issued by the Department of Corrections.
* If you do not have a current I.D. then two (2) Credible Witnesses may vouch for you. A Credible Witness is a person who personally knows the signer and has one of the acceptable I.D.’s listed above.

I CANNOT FILL IN OR CROSS OUT ANY OF THE BLANKS ON YOUR FORMS. PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL DOCUMENTS ARE COMPLETE BEFORE I ARRIVE. I STILL HAVE TO CHARGE YOU MY TRAVEL FEE IF I ARRIVE AND THE NOTARIZATION CANNOT BE COMPLETED BECAUSE THE DOCUMENTS ARE INCOMPLETE.
I CANNOT TELL YOU WHAT TYPE OF NOTARIZATION YOU NEED.
I CANNOT EXPLAIN YOUR DOCUMENTS TO YOU.
I CANNOT COMPLETE THE NOTARY SERVICE IF YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU ARE SIGNING AND/OR I FEEL THAT YOU ARE NOT DOING IT OF YOUR OWN FREE WILL.
I DO NOT VERIFY THE ACCURACY OR LEGALITY OF YOUR DOCUMENTS. I ONLY CERTIFY THE IDENTITY OF THE SIGNER(S).
