I am centrally located in Palm Desert but services the entire Coachella Valley and outlying areas. From Banning to Mecca to Twenty Nine Palms, I can be there for you. I am registered and bonded and I take great pride in the professional and personalized service I provide from start to finish.
The first Basic Service attempt will be made within 3 days. Usually we will make the first attempt the same day it is received (if received by 11 am) unless otherwise requested or conditions don’t allow. Basic Service attempts are made once a day for 2 consecutive week days and once on a weekend unless otherwise requested.
The phone number for contacting me is my cell phone so I almost always have it with me. If you are calling for rush service and I do not answer, be sure to leave a message and I will usually get back to to you within 10 minutes. Same thing if you call after hours.

Basic Local Service Rates*
Base - Standard service within 1 week $ 45.00

Stakeouts $ 40.00 hour (2 hour min.)

* Regular fees will be charged for all bad addresses and/or incorrect information attempts.
* No charge for faxed or e-mailed orders up to 15 pages. Add $ .30 per page for pages 16 and above.

We make three attempts at service

Basic Service attempts are made from 7 am to 10 pm.
Request for expedited service must be received by 11:00 am
You will be notified within 2 hours upon completion of service at your indicated best contact number/method. If that time period is out of your permissible contact times, we will contact you at the next allowable time.
You will be notified immediately at your indicated emergency number/method if any problems are encountered.
Proofs Of Service or Non Service Declarations will be mailed to the mailing address provided on the Service Request Form within 24 hours.
